About the course
Varma Kalai is the traditional Tamil science of 108 vital points (varmam) where life energy is concentrated. Varma massage therapy stimulates these points with oil, pressure and manipulation to relieve musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, nerve weakness and stiffness. This diploma preserves an authentic South Indian healing art and equips you to practise it safely.
