About the course
Foot reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that applies pressure to specific reflex points on the feet corresponding to organs, glands and systems of the body. This diploma trains you from the anatomy of the foot to full-session client care, using the same protocols Dr. S. Ravichandran has practised for three decades and taught at the 1st Foot Reflexology Awareness Conference.
What you will be able to do
- Locate and treat all major reflex zones of the foot
- Deliver a complete 45-minute reflexology session
- Assess clients, take case history and maintain records
- Support stress, sleep, digestion and circulation concerns
- Practise safely with hygiene, contraindications and ethics
